Anyone from the nottingham area going to this?

Not long to go now y`all , over 100 riders registered before the closing date & more will turn up on the day , but won`t recieve a commerative medal for taking place -thems the rules.

THREE WEEKS TO GO. COME ON

information pack arrived today, got mi number, gunna ring campsite this week, cant wait, not long now

got my pack yesterday,cant wait,a bit of a blip last week,thought i wasnt gonna be able to go.phew,sorted now and really looking forward to it,2 weeks to go,

scrapped the idea of camping, they couldnt take bookings until 2 days before the event due to weather changing so rapidly up there, also they wanted 15 Quid a night YES 15 QUID!!! , So now booked into a nice WARM b&b , well worth the money when you weigh it up, the cost of a breakfast & taxi into Stirling & back to possibly freezing mi nuts off (memories of Whitby come flooding back) in mi tent, against warmth & comfort & waking up to a full monty breakfast & a 2 minute walk into town, must be mi age lol. 2 WEEKS TO GO,

Which b&b are you staying in?,camping is still plan A,but need to have a plan B!!,we've got thursday night booked in edinburgh and hope to camp on fri and sat.let me me have your b&b phone no. so if weather is not good we'll book in and share your taxi!

we got booked in to the Linden guest house 01786 448850. there was another on the same street called Neidpath b&b 01786 469017 who had a room available, both are 30 pound per person rer night bed & breakfast. Obviously there are others, but looking at the map these seem to be the nearest for easy 2 min walk into stirling centre & are only 3 miles or so from the night do in Cambusbarron, the landlady recons about 4 or 5 Quid taxi ride so thats why we went for this one, hope this helps. we hope to arrive about mid arternoon then staight out for a wee dram & a tour of stirling sampling some of their finest watering holes looking forward to this one, hope the weathers good , theres some cracking scenery up there
