the second one is designed for a x9 which has a different variator and clutch set up so not sure how that will affect your transmission, its only 3 shoe as well so could be going a few steps back.

is there no uprated springs avaliable as the original clutch is bombproof

Unless youve done 40k miles just get the malossi uprated contra spring and clutch spring kit... a lot cheaper for the same job ;)
